Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheese
I’ve always preferred a cauliflower and broccoli cheese as a side dish to eating the former alone. Broccoli is so good for you, and the addition of the green vegetable even helps make the dish look more appealing. This side dish recipe is so simple, with no need to make a sauce – all you do it cook the brassicas briefly, then mix them with creme fraiche and cheese, before oven baking for a short while.
Easy peasy, and very cheesy, this is how to make cauliflower and broccoli cheese without making a sauce. It’s the perfect side dish for a Sunday roast – or any day of the week.
